Privacy policy
The French version of this policy prevails.
This page explains how we use cookies on https://adaprice.cloud and what information we collect. If you do not accept any of the conditions below, stop using the site and our services. For questions, email hello@adaprice.cloud.
Adaprice (a brand operated by EBMS) takes the privacy of your information seriously. This policy explains how and why we collect your personal information, what your rights are, and the measures we take to protect it.
This policy explains:
- the personal information we collect;
- how and why we collect and use it;
- how we process it;
- why we use cookies;
- how long we keep it;
- how to contact us about your choices;
- how this policy may change.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and, if you provide it, your company name. Your password is stored as a hash, never in plain text. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account details Google sends us: an identifier, name, email address, and, where available, a profile photo.
To provide the service, we store your workspaces, the product URLs you give us, the prices collected from those public pages, your alert rules, and the email addresses that receive those alerts.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the plan you chose, and the subscription status.
Technical data, including your IP address, may be processed to secure sign-in and limit abuse.
How long we keep information
We keep your account information and service data for as long as you use Adaprice. You can delete your account from settings, and the associated data is then erased. That also removes the matching profile and conversations stored in Crisp.
After deletion, we may keep what is required for a legal or accounting obligation, or to defend a claim, including billing records, for the period required by law.
We do not keep your personal data indefinitely for market research.
The cookies described below are used to operate the site. Each cookie's duration is listed with it. Adaprice does not set audience-measurement or advertising cookies.
How we use the information
We use this information to create and manage your account, monitor prices for the URLs you add, send the alerts you turn on, bill your subscription, and answer your requests.
We may use it to operate and improve the service.
We email you for account operation: email verification, and alert digests when you have turned them on. We do not send promotional emails without your consent. You can turn alert emails off in the project settings.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service: Hetzner for hosting, Stripe for payment, Resend for email delivery, Crisp for chat (email, name, company, subscription status, URL quota, and messages), and Google if you choose Google sign-in.
Hetzner is based in Germany. Stripe, Resend, and Google may process some data outside the European Union. Those transfers are limited to providing the service and are covered by those providers’ contractual safeguards.
Crisp is based in France and processes chat messages in the European Union.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to the data is limited to the people and providers who need it to operate the service.
Links to other websites
The site may contain links to other websites. Once you leave our site, we have no control over that other site. Its privacy statement applies, not ours. Read it before you give that site any information.
Pages whose prices you ask us to collect belong to third parties. We collect only the price information displayed publicly on those pages, on your behalf.
Control your personal information
You can remove alert addresses, or turn alert emails off, in the project settings.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@adaprice.cloud or writing to: EBMS 7 rue Montmorency 31200 Toulouse France
You can delete your account from the application settings. You also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, and the right to set instructions for your data after your death.
If you believe information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, write to us at the address above. We will correct it.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — https://www.cnil.fr.
