Anyone browsing the Site is responsible for the data they publish, use, or transfer. They agree to comply with applicable French law, including rules on manifestly unlawful content and the protection of third-party rights, in particular intellectual property rights.

The Adaprice brand and EBMS are not responsible for how data is used, or for content published by another person, including content that does not comply with applicable law.

Setting up a hyperlink to the Site requires EBMS’s prior written permission. EBMS cannot be held responsible for websites that link to the Site, and accepts no liability for their content or use.

The Site is governed by French law. The French courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

The presentation and content of https://adaprice.cloud together form a work protected by applicable copyright, intellectual property, and industrial property law. Unless stated otherwise, names and logos are distinctive signs belonging to EBMS or to their respective owners.

Beyond copyright, infringement of these industrial or intellectual property rights is a counterfeiting offense, punishable in particular by three years’ imprisonment and a fine of €300,000.

The Adaprice brand and EBMS, acting as controller, inform you that personal information collected on the Site (name, email address, and account or usage data required to provide the service) is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended (the French Data Protection Act).

This data is intended for EBMS. It is kept for as long as needed for the following purposes: creating and managing your account, providing the price-monitoring service, billing, answering your requests, and, where you have consented or the law allows it, telling you about Adaprice products, services, and offers.
